Onderwerp: [GD] Injuries

2024-07-03 10:07:44
Speaking of injuries, wouldn't it be more convenient for injured players to receive on Thursday the training they have generated with the minutes played? For example, when a player gets injured in the league match on Wednesday and you don't check if you have injured players cause you can't login, you could be missing out on advanced training for a player who might have played 150 minutes in official matches.

Realistically, that player has made progress that week, even though now with the injury they will miss some minutes which will hinder their development.

Realistically, yes.

A logical solution...hmmm, I wonder how the devs think about that? :-p

its a stupid game player just came back from an injury he needed to play today and bam 24 days

I really wonder what you do wrong in your tactics to have such amount of injuries... Not that you effectively do something wrong, but for the ME to consider it injury prone...

I'm not sure how tactics could cause injuries.

Maybe if you have the guy with weak stamina trying to run 10km in a game, twice a week?

If you use a tactic where there are lots of players running with a ball, trying to dribble opponents, in stead of passing... or where you place your players, vulnerable for tackles from behind or the side... I'm not saying that it is 100% worse to play one tactic over another towards injuries, but surely the chance increases when you increase the odds.

It's all stupid random I play similar tactics all the time I had season with 1 or 2 injuries I have periods with 6 7 at same time..

I would suspect tackles are all universal risk.

I could see someone who dribbles more by design versus passing though. :)

No, the risk differs. Dribble from front = lower chance of injury, from side = higher, from back = highest.

Another factor is amount of dribbles, yet another is the difference between dribblers technique and tacklers def. The higher difference, the bigger chance of injury (so superdivine tech v tragic def from behind is the worst scenario)

Also I believe strongly (though I have no big data on it) that slight injured players are much more injury prone than non injured players.

your latter post is what I've always understood.

interesting thoughts on the tackles/equation though. So better defenders have better skills, this makes sense.
Yet another reason to dread the first couple rounds of the national Cup!

Indeed, especially as bad pitch further increases the injury chance

Is it just 1 injury this week? No no no.Please send some more it's not satisfactory enough
