Hi @raul what are the official plans for the speed i believe it was not only cut from 22 to 10 slots max but its speed of training decreased and its dropped increased is that statement correct?
Its one of most important skills for ME and such change its a huge blow for us ... this affects the market too . ME needs better players and as far i understand we will be few more years with this ME ..

also limitations for playmaking only for mids is not cool you cannot add restrictions first and then ME changes if any ...
defender limitations are also not cool for midfielders :-) same story
Finally we reseted all adjustment on training speed, nothing changed.
i think this is good decision i still think something is not up to its not normal 3 full training after level 17 to do a drop for 5 weeks during training passing . for players on age of 29 now i will see how much training i will need to pop the same player up but 1 training was not enough already ..
That is nothing. I got a drop while still training pace and having 6 extra trainings that apparently gave nothing :)

what is the age of the player? this just proves that maybe was not reverted completely or properly
All the more a reason to stop random drops with the same ratio as it is now! Drops should come very slowly with age 27/ 30 and gradually increase with increased age.
Reduce the random ratio in which players drop.
Imo...drops should come negative on a scale from 0 to the same amount as GT counts to positive.
So players from 27 to 30 will never drop if they are getting GT and play their matches with an unearthly main coach.
Once 31 to 34 it's ratio should remain the same, but GT should reduce up to 50%.
Once 35 to 38, GT should be reduced up to 0%, but drops should still stay the same.
Once 39, drops should increase from 0 to 50%.

You can see it at the bottom of the pic. 28y for the 1st drop, 29y for the trainings after and the 2nd.
i also think the income in cup particularly needs to change its not normal in one friendly to get more money than from 3 first rounds in the cup :)
I think more young player creation is needed.
- There is very little young academy player creation. I have one "trainable" in one game year (4 seasons). It shoulbe be more.
- Newbie players doesn't create young players (poor young academy and poor training capabilities).
- Young academy training has been shorter, because shorter seasons.
All teams need more players (more squad because more matches per season).
Speed training is no more 22 players (so less "growing" players from low divisions)
Result: More income, more players needed, less training and less avaiable players = hiperinflation in youngs
Possible solutions (can be used some of these or all):
- More young players from academy (so more offer)
- More training slots (for example 22) per team, so more player training and less need to go to market.
- Alternative: Some skills (like speed or stamina) could be trained with general training and no minutes needed to play (or at least without the need of being in specific training) and wipe out these training of specific ones (so you can train 10 slots like today and the other players that played a match with speed or stamina...)
Rethink on some skills:
- Stamina and Speed are counter intuitive: The player goes faster and has more endurance as it goes older... But younger players should be really faster and have high stamina than their older counterparts.

Sure. This has been requested by over 200 users.
Most of the juniors produced are worthless: the skills/age are too low and/orbadly distributed, and no matter how good the talent is, there is no point in buying and training these players due to the linear progression/training system.
