Ofc there would need to be a requirement of minutes played that week for U21/NT (maybe smth like 60-70mins), so it couldnt be abused with putting player on the field for 2mins.

The best thing would be to leave the injuries for a maximum of 14 days for any game

NT players receive training in the national teams in the same % as in their teams

Players despite suffering an injury can receive 50% training if they are in advanced training

Injuries possible in NT games, but increase also benefits from NT players (for example: higher attendance on club matches when NT player is playing, training bonus, $$$ for club if player is injuried)

Or NT player boost your team performance. Example: if you have a world class defender in defense line with a lot of experience he should make the whole DEF line perform better. (It goes with other positions too). Kind of realistic though.

Hello guys.

Not into this stage of competition yet as being in the game for 2-3 seasons only (returning after a couple of years break), and not having any NT player on my team yet, but if NT games injuries to be considered not acceptable by the majority of the club managers, then was actually thinking about different option than the proposed ones (please read below):

- All NT matches (both competion and friendlies) to be considered arcade - no injuries, no training bonuses,

...but..

- injuries suffered by the players during club games (both competion and friendlies) would also be the factor in the player's availability to play in the NT game shortly speaking:

- players injured as a result of the club game (both slight and serious) , will be also unavailable for the NT game

... or ....

- players injured as a result of the club game (serious only) , will be also unavailable for the NT game
... and...
- players injured as a result of the club game (slight only) , will be available for the NT game, but with the injury affecting their skills as per general principles

Hope it makes sense..

The chance of injury in NTs should be reduced compared to the chance of injury playing for own team. If training efficiency is 50% less, so the chance of injury (or the duration) also should be 50% less.
This approach could also be applied to friendly matches.

And I generally think that (as in real life), as far as the NT games are concerned, the main gain for the player (and his manager) is considered to be: experience (hugely surpassing the club games one), and higher value of the player (bigger exposition),
at the cost of increased injury risk, and "temporary stamina" dropdown..

Since experience factor not hugely that decisive on the player's performance (as per my knowledge), and since the "temporary stamina" factor non existent, I guess it just leads to much wider discussions about those 2, as the additional NT games (referring to real life), mostly affecting them imo..

Oh and voting for the last option - imo good spot about increased attendance because of the team having the NT player..

I had 9 U21 NT players in my squad from lower rank countries when you(devs) announced that NT friendlies became arcade games. I could train those players only with friendly games and NT matches ( lower rank countries -> lower skills -> not good enough for Off matches).
Ok, no problem, I sold 6 of them because without that training bonus i coudn't train them poperly.
Now, after couple of weeks you(devs) ask us if your decision was good enough and if we want something else... (like training bonus back and also some bonuses for the club for training those NT players...).
Seriously? This is a f.... up way of working! Maybe in the future you can make these poles before you take a decision like that! I hope that our community will take a better decision than yours. Thx!
