Simple solution for many issues.
Just make players "sell" button available for NT coaches after meeting the criteria: players club is a bot - has no owner.
Player would be listed on TL always from price equal to current players value. That way only players worth something would be sold.
No more admins needed for listing NT prospects on TL from bot teams.
Saving many good/perspective players.
Giving fresh blood to empty TL.
Selling such players would pull out some money from market.
Making bots weaker which will result in clearing higher leagues from bot teams.
