Well, I did everything as you wrote and download button appear / it is not gray /. But, I still have problem because when I push the button I get internet "The page cannot be displayed" message! Is this just now, or I did something wrong?

Maybe it is a firewall-issue.
So deactivate your firewall for testing.

Furthermore your language-settings in sokker and sokkermon have to be the same.

If you still have problems delete your internetcache in MS Internet Explorer.

If so, you have to define a rule to let traffic go through.

You can test it by deactivating the wall for a moment.

Well. I dont know what to say. I have tried 50 times and nothing happend. I was furious, and I decided to give up.

If i am right you have to download twice a week.

Yes, it only works if you save data dufferent days - and it couldn't show old data (before the first download).
