As it stands now, in the problematic groups of 5 teams, Panama and Uruguay are in 2nd place but will miss out because they have less points than Belgium and England in the other 2 groups.
Coming in second doesn't mean you'll qualify for the world cup in these groups...

Average value is also an interesting indicator about the strength of the teams:
Seems like group O is the group with the highest mean value?
Even worse to be in that group when only the first team will be certain to being able to qualify
