The fact is that nothing in this match engine changed for years. If they tried to change it, everyone would see it from day one, because even with previous owners the match engine changes were extremely visible and always needed lots of improvements after each attempt to change.

Now they have new programmers who don't know and don't understand the code. They fail even when they try to change the Club Site view and every change they make creates LOTS of bugs. Let's be realistic and logical, if they tried to change anything in the engine, the matches would probably stop working.

They don't have enough money to finish changing the basics in 2 years (the layout etc.) and you think they started changing the most complicated part of the game, that didn't really need changing because it was working fine for years...

Since the visualisation was change 2 years ago and apparently then you think the match engine was changed - do you think that last two World Cups don't matter because they were random? Or then it was perfectly fine, because you liked the results, and now the game is broken suddenly - because you don't like the results?

It's amazing how people who win never say that the match engine is broken...

How can i feel with the result against Ecuador?

How can i feel with the result against Spain 1-7 (friendly match - shots 4-14)?

How can i feel with the match against Turkiye (U27 european championship - 3 goals in extra time?)

Anyway.

My opinion (i see the most matches in qualification phase) is that the random percentage became huge.

I said it might be a little exaggerated, I didn't say it was unrealistic...
I have seen plenty of games in real life where the team with inferior attackers won the game :D
Attackers aren't the only decisive factor.
Also, our attacker that scored 2 goals is the attacker from team that won the Polish championship. So it's not like Belgian attackers are a bunch of losers :p

My opinion is that you can't change all in game frequency of games training injury ratio and not affect the engine. When current engine was implemented a lot of tunning was done to achieve balance in results. I do not believe that in the past there were so few surprises and now almost every second game is random...
Something was touched or affected and to be honest the trust in devs long gone . Several times I trey to give another chance and I'm always disappointed. Just wait for the unpopular changes to come in place...
I think with speeding the game the want us just to check results...

you're wrong and you don't know where the problem comes from

the engine was changed to help smaller NTs and smaller clubs so they don't lose 0:20
they introduced a handicap to limit those scores, but they messed up and created a situation where much weaker team [not only in ratings, also in game - for example 15:2 shots = 2nd teams is considered weaker] is getting help from the engine - the ME lowers chances for scoring in better team and improves chances in worse team

that's why we get shitty games with 12:4 in shots and 2:3 in goals

but it was introduced at least 12 years ago

that's actually very logical for this game... if it's a close game with chances on both sides it's normal that in 1 out of 100 games it will be 3:0 and then 3:3 or 3:4... the game doesn't take the result into consideration while generating the game

1st half
team x has 5 good situations = scores 3/5
team y has 5 good situations = scores 0/5

2nd half
team x has 5 good situations = scores 0/5
team y has 5 good situations = scores 3/5

result = 3:3

it's actually quite possible and statistically has to happen from time to time

the match engine is far from perfect and always was...
I remember a NT friendly game with Italy where I totally messed up the players positions

I used a defender as winger, midfielder as attack etc.

....and I destroyed Germany 6:2 [18:9] shots - that was in 2013... click

from that time...3 games of Italy in a row:

4:1 Poland [12:14 shots]
3:3 Azerbaycan [12:8 shots]
3:1 Sverige [16:5]

from same season... Italia 1:2 Israel [12:7] / Italy 5:0 Poland [15:8]

nothing change, it's your imagination... EVERY season we have lots of stupid result in National Cup where a top team gets eliminated very unluckily

Lokomotiv Ostrów Wielkopolski - The Evil`s 1:1 [shots 6:9]
FC Krikos - The Evil`s 2:1 [shots 8:14]
The Evil`s - Marko Team 1:1 [shots 17:2] :-DDD
The Evil`s - coldfear 1:2 [shots 8:5]

so yes, "now" it's not working and random... of course :-)
