The better he gets, the longer the form stays worse... lol what?

That's like unnnatural? What am I supposed to stop training the player or what. Shall I try train stamina? Maybe it could go up..
More like huge problem, I have seen many great strikers with super low form in the last 1'5 seasons. Maybe its the new way to diminish multidivine players

It's nothing official and the devs surely won't be backing that statement, but it's a common trend I've been seen with top players in my team...

I've had a triple superdivine striker, whom I was training up to there and he lost form up to the level of which he was unuseable for both the NT and my team.
Then I've had Joliet. A superstar for the Belgian team.

And the more he came close to his max potential, the more the form went down.

He was in superdivine form last season and then suddenly his form started dropping! Then this thursday he popped on passing, so it's becoming clear he's close to his max potential.

So I recon there is ''something'' that makes a form go down and in a way...coming close to a max potential seems to be triggering it quite often lately.
That is why I ask the devs to look into this thing! I know they want less top players, but you cannot just go destroying players because of permanent form drop.
Make sure they don't reach the multiple max skills is 1 thing. Simply destroying players is economic AND tactical destruction.

Cant really agree with this as I have multiple top guys in the game and most of them have top form.
But I don't think form is completely random - more like there is a "target" form a player reaches up/down to and change of target is triggered by something (change of getting/not getting training, playing position, minutes etc. To me looks like winning streaks also helps as I seem to have bigger drops when I throw games with corner tactics but that most probably is simply my illusion).

The form should be reworked to be manageable and understood by users in either case.

Dont tell his not top star he will. Because his ex coach didnt training him around 1.5 - 2 seasons.

Did you have them for multiple seasons and trained them to be top players, or did you just bought them when they are already top?

Some are with me since their 18y, a couple are bought yesterday so all sorts of guys :)

Form examples:
Bogarde, who is probably among the top 3 players in sk at the moment - form has gone back up as he reached his potential.
Butkovic - I guess you could say he has struggled with form as he got better.
Hauke - same as Bogarde, reaching top skills didnt ruin his form, exactly opposite.
Kreitāns - similar to Butko, struggles with form lately.

They all have the very top skills and that doesnt seem to affect their form. Rather they have had periods when their form trends towards bottom and periods towards top but skill level doesnt seem to affect where the trend goes. Of course sample size is insignificant.

Maybe someone can pull the data to see what the average form looks like compared to players wage and if they correlate any way.

Do Bogarde and Hauke still receive advanced training?

And what about Butko and Kreitans?

Form is somehow random, but as u have high level pleayers they havent been able to play in the NT, well.... the NT coach should help on increasing form

Both players are from my youth school, Gallego was sold in the past weeks.

Both of them are NT players, and they played in the U21 NT also, both of the drom form at 22-23 years old when they were not playing anymore there but they recovered at 24-25 when they started to play with senior NT for Copa America U27

Lowest point in for for Gallego was 5, anf this happened when the change in training system came. He needed speed so he started playing as DEF, but he was playing as MID in NT. I agreed to the NT coach that both of us would use him as DEF for easy or non oficial games but we would come back as MID in my team also for the WC, He responded very well.

So yes, I also belive that form has a lot of randomness but I like to have NT players du to the reason explained above.

Bogarde/Hauke/Kreitāns all have gotten adv training up until now. Butko missed some weeks at the start of season, then got it again - and that "fixed" his form but most probably a coincidence.

let's be realistic, if training actually ruined forms of players when they were reaching very high level, then all or most of top players wouldn't have form

Most high skill NT players 27+ are not trained anymore.
Bocquet played in NT last season with superdivine form.
Then suddenly he started dropping...so much that the NT coach had no choice but to replace him for another player. So the theory of playing for NT will rise form isn't true either.
And yes...maybe it's coïncidence, but I wonder why so many Belgian NT top players are out of form? I can say if form with all Belgian NT players would be superdivine, 65% of the basic starting squad would be different from now! But since that 65% has form issues (and all still receive training!), they are replaced with other players.

But coïncidence or not. Form is the most broken feature in sokker! Tragic form makes Messi play like a midfielder from Indian competition.

What if form liked with nation irl form ? ????????
