Why this user Slavista is not banned after messing up with the transfer market by buying a player for 91M€ which required a lot of transfers to be reversed after the selling team bought few players with that amount of money.
This 91M€ bid was intentionnal and a way to quit the game since in meantime he sold his entire A team, sacked all his juniors and destroyed his stadium.
So how comes this is still around ? Unbelievable !

Yeah, I absolutely hate that "The decision on ANY punishment (by a Moderator or by an Administrator) is at the discretion of the Moderator or Administrator, and is not open for public debate or discussion." rule. Especially since there is no clear, public guideline for this kind of situation known to us (at least I don't see it anywhere). Only some glimpses of information given here and there (and after that still one admins does "X" and another does "Y".
It only leads to a lot of hostility from normal users.

in our top league got ban free teams with good player for NT, U21.. we do not know why and players are out... :(

Good question. especially considering that wasn't the first time he had done something unacceptable to the sokker community.
He probably provided some documents from a local psychiatrist, so the administrators are forced to tolerate his antics - any other user would be banned long time ago.

Interestingly, every harmed seller was considerate in accepting the apology and I agreed with everyone on the compensation. Yet random unharmed users feel strong enough to start the collective witch hunt which itself is against the Sokker rules.

I apologized to the user immediately after the deadline that it was a mistake and I kindly asked him to wait for the admins to cancel the transfer. He did not respond, sent me the player, and started buying players with the money. Of course, I take all the blame on myself, as it was my fault and I feel bad about putting him into this situation. After the transfer was canceled I offered him a 9M starting bid on the player if he puts him on TL again.

Slavista definitely made a mistake and the admins will punish him, but if my player was sold for 120-130 m, I would know that this was a mistake and expect it to be corrected. I wouldn't be cunning and transfer that money right away, please think about this.
