Slavista definitely made a mistake and the admins will punish him, but if my player was sold for 120-130 m, I would know that this was a mistake and expect it to be corrected. I wouldn't be cunning and transfer that money right away, please think about this.

Still that's the consequence of slavista bid and admins slow reaction.

If we take all 3 participants in this situation (fc kapr, slavista and admin) we see that in the end the only victim is fc kapr.
Slavista is trolling here on forum.

Kapr received a message from a slavista - if he read it, he knew what was happening. Instead of being honest, he quickly wanted to buy players and spend money that wasn't his own, and now, when the transfers were canceled, he got offended and fired a player from whom he could still make money. Ultimately it is at the starting point. It's not the slavista fault that the privateer's behavior is childish...

Sounds logical, but still it is debatable.
Anyway, i have just one question left:

What protect us from slavista 90+ milion euro bids in future?

You're the one throwing insults on forum, right? So, for a moderator, yes...YOU are wrong here.
It's not up to you to decide what happens with him. Admins exist for a reason and if they think he's not up for a ban, then that's that.
You can start yelling at a police officer, claiming you are right and he is wrong, and maybe you are, but in the end, the only certainty there is is that you were yelling at a police officer. And that on itself will not raise your chances of succes in the actual matter.
Therefor I want to ask you, even if you might be right about it, that you obey the forum rules like anybody else.

Slavista is well known for insulting other users via sk-mail. I have seen a lot of compaints about it here, on international forum.

Apart from that, it was't his first criminal transfer. He done it the past at least once:

Also, when you check his team history, you can see he changed his club name to "konec" (in Chech it means "the end") twice:
Team was renamed to konec. 2021-07-18
Team was renamed to konec. 2019-11-10
It's not an offence, but it says a lot about his personality.

Slavista is the most toxic and unstable user on sokker i ever seen - without any doubts, he should be banned long time ago. As an examole, I just want to remind that user damien2a was banned straight away for a lighter offence.

the point for me wasn't about slavista or a ban, but about the 16yo who came back to life. That question wasn't offensive and it's of public interest if there's a guideline or arbitrariness. If you can't answer it's no problem, but no need to delete the question.

and I'm not sure if fired players have been rescued in the past, if the owner asked for it. Maybe they were. But I thought they weren't.

That 16yo player were "resurrected" because slavista asked admin to do that.

As far as i know, you can kindly ask any admin to restore ANY "accidentaly" sacked player (admin has no time to investigate if your statement is true).

In that specific case, I may bet admin who decided to keep slavista alive and even restore that 16yo player (what a waste of admins time), was not fully aware that it was not his first offence

It really looks like he decided to quit the game and just transfer his money to someone else (his friend or even sell to someone). You can make a mistake by overbidding a player, but you can't accidentally destroy your stadium to the ground..

shouldnt sk have a small filter in the biddings like you can max double the price or bid 2 millions$ extra? you can bid 5 times for example if you want to reach 9 M: 2-4-8-10. just to avoid these mistakes which are very easy when you have lot of money

Indeed, it can happen during big bidwars that while you are writing down the number you are overbid and the filter accepts your bid even though you added one more zero to the number by mistake. At least in my currency it is possible.
