Simple observations I made in the past, also confirmed when I discussed issues with injury days rounding with Geston some months ago.

I feel Poland has lots of additional data on how the game works, outside of the rest of the world. I'm a moderator and I've never seen such explanations anywhere on international forum.
I see now...that yellow star is a sign you pay for plus...ok.

You should not see things as integers, they may be floating away.

Already many months ago we (me and Mikoos) started cooperating andcreating our website. Using API we have collected alot of data and we really could figure many things out with possibilities everyone has, just having how-to knowledge, doing alot of math work etc.

„Poland” has no additional data, they just analyze available data and find those things out on their own.

Let me rephrase then... On Polish forum there are lots of things discussed that never made the international forum, regarding the development and ''how things work'' within the game. Even though things are analised by Polish people, all devs are from Poland also and Geston already confirmed they were collaborating from even before they were devs... It's easy if you know the source when analising things.

To be clear, none of us (in-game devs) have access to the game code.
We see no more than a normal user can see.

So no one has informed you on how things work. You all just have a feint idea on how things work, or what?
I mean...we don't know at all...we can only make an estimated guess on how things might work. But even so, nothing is confirmed, unless by Polish people...

The only thing I can confirm is that, at my own request, I was given a piece of code regarding expectations in order to help fix bugs. Similarly, I have helped with coach retirements (seen formulas, not a code).
Hence I know how these things work.
But in neither of these two cases did I share the code/exact knowledge anywhere, on any polish/international forum.

I know what I can tell to the users and I'm pretty sure I do it mostly on international forums.

So, many People asked for a age reset before retirement starts, which doesnt seem to happen.

But how about the middleway. Let 70-90 yo coaches have less chance of retiring first 4 seasons untill fully implemented.

This way, it would equal out the bonus managers had by coaches never retiring.

Why would teams, who have enjoyed a system that was more profitable than the situation from next season on, should get an extra advantage the next seasons. It could also be a way of thinking that everyone with careers of coaches of let's say 20 seasons plus should pay something extra to compensate the extra advantage they had? It will never be fair but especially not for the more recent managers. Everyone "suffers" and nobody loves an interruption of an acquired right. The best thing is just "cold turkey" and do the change. Existing users had an enormous advantage. They knew this would come and had the chance to get almost perfect young trainers for peanuts on TL last seasons + they enjoyed a favorable system that was far more cheaper to train their talents(a good coach stays forever). Maybe newcomers should get extra money to hire the coaches instead as compensation more than a rule to diminish the immediate effect for older and richer teams.
