Why would teams, who have enjoyed a system that was more profitable than the situation from next season on, should get an extra advantage the next seasons. It could also be a way of thinking that everyone with careers of coaches of let's say 20 seasons plus should pay something extra to compensate the extra advantage they had? It will never be fair but especially not for the more recent managers. Everyone "suffers" and nobody loves an interruption of an acquired right. The best thing is just "cold turkey" and do the change. Existing users had an enormous advantage. They knew this would come and had the chance to get almost perfect young trainers for peanuts on TL last seasons + they enjoyed a favorable system that was far more cheaper to train their talents(a good coach stays forever). Maybe newcomers should get extra money to hire the coaches instead as compensation more than a rule to diminish the immediate effect for older and richer teams.

I can assure you that this is false information. Unearthly coaches will cost you at least 10M if you buy them on TL, unless you got lucky. But luck is no average decisive factor in how ''privileged'' older managers are / were. Also...not everyone plays the game in the same way and with the same goals. You always tend to forget that.
People didn't knew this was coming officially, except a couple weeks before the announcement was made officially. Not everyone reads the international forum. I think only roughly 5% is... You have no issues with the system since you just had your staff together in like 3 to 4 seasons ago. You play very actively, do your research, put time into promoting players, looking for the best possible trainees to make maximum profit. But only roughly 5% plays the game like that. The rest is just going easy, playing the game as a recreational time, to have fun in playing it as they see fit. There's a big difference in being ready for it and not being ready for it.
Is your way of playing the best? arguably one of the most profidable at least, but it's not the only way of playing. It still is a game. This is often forgotten in the process of making it more immersive.

I was asking to make this in stages:
90+ retiring at end of first season,
80+ retiring at end of second,
70+ retiring at end of third, and then fully implemented!

In 4 seasons clubs investing in coaching stuff (f.e. they pulled coach(es) over 60 already) have time to return investition and hurting them less as clubs having coaches over 30 seasons and stopping prices going crazy on coaches TL!
If you are training 17-20y players not selling them too early and paying taxes (if they bought trainees last or this season) and letting them to have time to train them properly and sell them for right price, earning enough to buy new coaching stuff!

I saw several examples of trainers with unearthly on all midskills for less than 500.000 Euro on TL this and last season. The coaches that now go for millions on TL. Like this one :

You forget the 0,01 percent that is almost neglecting their team and makes stupid managerdecisions, but keeps writing very long posts on fora where they tend to know something or care about the game. The kind of manager that seems to know every detail of the game and wants to discuss everything, but has only a small clue about.

That's very expensive, but probably because of the fact he is a very cheap magical...he can serve perfectly as headcoach for the next 20 seasons so even with that price you probably made a good deal.

If you want detailed info:
"9 days" means he is between 8.5 and 9.5 days of injury
"7 days" would mean between 6.5 and 7.5 days of injury
But "slight injury" has condition "less than 7.0 days of injury", so about half of "7 days" injuries are slight injuries, and other half are still considered serious injuries

He needs to get under 7.0 days. He should heal enough unless he is doubly unlucky 1) close to 9.5 now, 2) gets bad healing (17yo on average heal more than 2.5 days in 2 days, but there is some randomness in it so it could be less)

For the Data, he now appears with 7 days, yesterday was 9: 2 days recovery in 1 day. I assume he was like 9 and now is 7.5 ore something like that
