Devs and admins should have good communication with users in order to keep the community active and motivated.
This is why they must create a social media account like twitter or Discord to have fluid communication.

Last time Raul was active, he was writing on International Forum, there was no communication in Poland
People are disappointed and making jokes at the moment

why write that they need 3/4 weeks to finish and implement the new training if they are not completely sure about it

I guess the devs are busy with match preparations, there‘s no time for devving anymore

The lack of information is not even due to a lack of desire.... as from the sheer lack of information that I could provide....
The last information I got on 28 June when I asked if there would be a delay is this:
"Work is going well but it's too early to announce anything yet, minor bugs we have to fix are slowing us down a bit".
After that I didn't get any information either, so like you I see that there is a delay, but any estimate of it would be purely speculation.
