For me that is the same, the club logo is made for club logo, not manager photo. That's why only Plus managers can ask for a logo, non Plus can ofcourse also ask but they will get the answer only Plus managers can have logo's.

Agree with you said after too, no one wants to spend time making a logo for "not being used", in case of non-plus users. I'm not a plus user, but i've been made some logos for couple colleagues. And as you said, non-plus players of course can also ask or just leave some comment, if they want ;)

Corel Draw(windows) and Inkscape(linux), what about you?
I always used Paint.net, is for free ;) and open source so many plugins
nice logos,have you a pro program for this?
