No in pace in 1 week to be adequate and in 2 weeks to be good, it's a little bit better ;)

yes, of course a player can pop with 2 weeks training. In technique 2 of my players popped to solid in 2 weeks. But Talent is usually weeks on youth-school and not how fast a player can pop on low levels ;) :D
