If it is written in Spanish in that way, it should be in all languages. In Bosnian, as in English, it prejudices that the condition is satisfied if you are winning, by most/at least X goals, losing and drawing are not mentioned.

So, what should I do if I want to make the change only if I'm winning by 1 goal? Now I doubt if it is even possible.

in Polish it is "wygrywam co najwyżej 1 bramką" so yeah, I think it will count losing, drawing and winning by 1 / every other win (by 2 goals, 3 goals etc.) won't enable the order

Yes, the only possible option would be "winning by at least 1 goal" but that of course will trigger the order also when winning by 2, 3, 4 goals etc.

There is still the solution of drawing or losing, but that doesn't include a 1-0 advantage.
So adding that to the ''winning by at most 1 goal'' is the closest best thing to do I guess...
