I don't know, maybe they want to make some dumb tactic or they want to train more than two keepers or they don't train pace, but passing, I seriously don't know. I don't think there's a point in it.

1. When a player is transfer listed, where do I see whos bidding? All it shows is:
Player is for sale.
Transfer topic
Remove transfer announcement.
2. Where can I find all the transfer topics? When I TL a player and create a Transfer topic, where is it stored? What category? How do other managers come across it?

at Transfer at the left. Just check it out, at the bottom, there are more choices.
You can't bid when it's just a transfer announcement. It's an advertisement.
you can ask a question in the advertisement, about price, talent... and then you can come to an agreement ;)
Well. Concerning p1 he isn't transfer listed, but just announced.
But IF you put players on TL, then you can see an overview over all of them under "Office" button to the right. There you see (both them you bid on yourself), and bids from others on your players including telling who the bids are from.

i dont think he will get a bonus....but really i dont know..
