How about renting or buying slots for full training? think of max. 6, so you would have a safe team with a reserve bench. Would this also deprive the teams of money?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean.

Oh, you mean pay extra for 6 100% training spots.
Hmm, I guess it would depend on the cost but my feeling is that the big teams would buy them, the small clubs wouldn't be able to and the gap would become bigger.
Personally I'd rather just have 500 training points to give out to whoever I want. That's basically what we have now, except it wouldn't be linked to playing time.

Yeah I don't see the need for that, I'd rather see them change to 11 training spots and that's max imo...

If there were 6 possible training spots more then people would buy them to make more money on training, that would lead to higher prices of youths because biggest traders/traders would be able to buy 6 more top players to train

IMO it would hurt small/medium teams A LOT

+1 :) 11 spots would be a lot better..

11 spots makes sense but it doesn't fix the training problem, it actually makes it worse because it's another player you need to include in league games.
With the system I suggested you could 100% 10 players, or 90.9 11 players or even 83.3 12 players.

Actually, an even better system would be linked to the main coach level.

In earthly coaches get 11 spots, Average get 1 etc but each spot gets max training. That means clubs with only 1 or 2 trainees don't get handicapped and their players get full training.

That would be a huge help to new clubs

On the contrary...Now new teams can train as much players as old and rich teams. Your proposal minimises their input and thus minimising their possible financial benefit from training, which, for starting teams, is their biggest and main concern in the game.

They really can't, because they can't afford it.

everyone can train 1 euro players and earn money on short or mid long range. If you only have 1 training spot, you will earn nothing, your team won't grow stronger and you will stay in a downward spiral until you run out of money.

Decent trainers and trainees cost money, new clubs don't have that money. This is a fact. A new club in England right now will be getting 33 334 $ a week in sponsor money. If you think they can afford a decent coach with that, you are delusional.

A system that allows a new club to buy a cheap trainer and get full training for maybe the 1 player they have worth training, is a huge boost to them. Instead of paying 33 334 $ wages and the transfer fee (that they won't even earn back because they don't have enough trainable players), they could buy a Good coach for 8 334 $ a week and train properly what they actually have.

What they need is a good tutorial, to prevent making beginner mistakes. Then they need 10 young players and train them for the sole purpose of profit. In your plan, they are up for 5 years of pain. 1€ players cost you nothing... 10€ in total. So I rather have a coach that can train 10 players in stead of 1.
