Very unfortunate skill distribution. Lack of pace or tech will kill pretty much any outfield player over the age of 19.

Unfortunately, the result of his training is sad.

One of those players for sure hurt by distribution. Swapping either his striker or passing onto pace would made him a decent trainee.

Thats really unlucky! He is almost the same as diCanio in my team, I am training him still and he double popped today.
