That's the part of the game it seems devs are interested in changing, skill levels go to outstanding for 20yo, 21yo's incredible

But that won't change much because the overall skill number will be the same so they still will be worse than the younger ones

What is more they don't understand that if they change the limit, then it will be possible to get a play who has for example incredible striker and incredible playmaker - so he will be totally worthless

But that's the luck of the draw.
