Just an unsatisfactory 12 this week for me :(.

I got a tragic, 2 weaks and an unsatisfactory all binned :(

unsat 3, poor 34.

I am severly running out of Juniors. Over the next 4 weeks, 6 pop and during the last 6 weeks, I have gained just one (a weak guy) to keep....

I would concur with all your decisions there. Fire, keep, keep, keep. Maybe boot JG if he doesn't pop quickly.
