Can you put [JNRS] before the title of this thread? please, i don't have the power, if you would that would be much appreicated.

That guy i think is excellent too, but just the perfect skill distribution and still a couple of weeks before season end.

I don't have the rights to change topic, sorry.

Is Excellent the best a 16yo Junior can be when leaving the junior school?

Thanks very much to whoever put the jnrs in the subject (i did want the other junior sign '[JNRS]' in black but thats just finicky lol)

I wrote [JNRS] with capitals so it should have been the one in black, but since you have both [JNRS] and [Jnrs] maybe the first is picked? Don't know :/

Let's say a junior entered the school first week of the season as adequate, by week 15 they would only be able to make it formidable before they age;

/--/--/--/--/--

I guess there is a chance the coach might rate them higher than that, but it wouldn't be correct.

I'm guessing this 16 yr old isn't worth anything ;-) I'm hoping for better from the two 17 yr old Formidables currently in my youth school ...

Alfred Porcell, age 16
value: 11 700 £
wage: 315 £
very good form
height: 180 cm, weight: 70.5 kg,
BMI: 21.76

unsatisfactory stamina tragic keeper
hopeless pace average defender
average technique poor playmaker
poor passing poor striker

This guy is in my youth school. I've had him 4 weeks and he's gone 4,5,4,4.
As he's 17 and we are about to end the season, I guess people would suggest firing him, right?

Jamie Tresidder 17 weak outfield 27

That's not what i am asking? i am talking overalls, what is the highest overall skill a 16yo can have, is it excellent? whether this means that much, seems not.
2015-02-13 14:52:19
Ah it was you! thanks :)

The highest "overall skill" - as you call it - any fresh junior can have regardless of age is excellent.

You really need to be clearer. That a pretty standard question to know the answer to.

He's OK and would sell. Bit late in the season to be worth anything though. Could make a nice player.

You could keep him. He'll be what, 19 and a half when you finally pull him though, and he'll probably only make it to excellent, so personally i'd sack and make room for other potential talents.

Thanks for the confirmation, I think I had already decided to sack him tbh ...

'Regardles of age' nope you still don't understand :(

When a junior LEAVES the school or is ready to leave the school not left and trained! aged 16yo what is the max it can be excellent?

I no individual skills can be up to excellent max for ANY AGED player on leaving the Junior school since about a year or 2 ago (before i guessed the max for a indivdual skill was solid for a 16yo or very good for a 17yo but i was wrong it's excellent for all) but this is the question jimmy donut thinks i am asking, which it's most def. not.

A 16yo leaves the school max i've seen 'overall skill' ie the skill he leaves with overall, not any individual skill obviously! can i be any clearer? does anyone understand me?

*16yo - max overall skill i've seen is Excellent (Most i've personally had is Very Good)

*17yo - max overall skill i've seen is Outstanding (Most i've personally had is Formidable)

*18yo - max overall skill i've seen is Unearthly (Most i've personally had is personally Magical)

* = age when leaving Junior School

*These are NOT there individual skills like jimmy thinks am i saying they are. Re - the Subject! (i could say somthing narky like he did but i won't) it's there 'overall skill' (as seen below) the week he leaves the Junior school.

But i am to understand these don't really matter as much as i thought, although surely a somewhat decent guidline or wth? i was told previously by Mr G , its what they train like , but i thought a unearthly junior would be a 2.5 a week train popper? and a formidable junior more like a 4 week..

i guess it's hard to say wheter there are "max levels" with the random youth system today, or at least it was easier with the old linear system.

If you look at one of my 16 YO - he was at level 9 - nine! weeks ago and 13 more weeks to go (yes he will be early 17YO when he arrives) his curve (last 11 weeks) looks like this:

6-8-9-8-6-7-8-8-8-9-6-8

and as I said - 4 more weeks to go.
I had REALLY big hopes nine weeks ago but now :(

..and you're right with "overall" at least I understood what u meant :)

EDIT: what I meant was. he could join the team as a level 10 - but he still is a level 7 or 8.
EDIT 2: From level 6 to level 8 in 11 weeks - is he a 5/5.5 talent? Hard to say but I guess not, I still Believe he is a Little bit better than that.
