Gentleman, in my opinion you have to think about what to do for England so they can fight for the WQ. I propose to unite the forces and start to think about the generation of players 16-18 if we make a decision together and did not look at the results of the club and start training younger English players. Maybe you have some ideas ? That we can use. I am able to make a unity between us, that in every league we use a English player of 21. We have to do something to change it. Let me know about what you think ?

Regard Piotr

nothis do Piotr2901

I'm already doing that, played a 17 yr old striker in the prem last few games of season and he plays for my 1st team at 18 yrs old. You played and trained a lot of Scottish u21s which did improve a few of their players which did affect your league results for a bit.
How did you find it worked/helped?

I created a new subject, that we can hopefully talk on about new ideas. I am inviting anyone who is willing to work on it.

I am not hiding the fact my goal is to get the U21 world cup, and today i am hoping that this will be England. I have great experience playing with U21 matches. This is where i got the idea to make this. Everyone knows me from work from Scotland in which i helped them reach 17th ranking. In the future i want to move this experience to England. This is why i increased my junior list to 30, in two weeks i will get a brilliant junior that i will get.

@Nothis you know that because i was training them myself this allowed to get Scotland to expand it. I know you are training Strikers, you even gave up on your own team to do so. I am also willing to do so to train new English players. Write about your proposals.

How about possibly encouraging a similar idea to the home-grown rule in real life with a minimum number of English players in each senior squad? Couldn't be an enforced rule or anything but more of a combined effort to help the national teams?

I'm training English where possible. So far the junior school hasn't produced the calibre of striker I would like but hopefully will see that change.

I probably can't afford anyway. I am a poor II team after all.
2021-01-09 18:27:38
I am happy to help anyway I can. I am still training a former u21 goalkeeper but not training keeping at the moment.
2021-01-09 18:58:37
The position of the goal keeper is needed, and is not trained as well. In my junior school usually id find a good junior to train. I also have contacts to trainers who specialise in goal keeping. So if something interesting on keepers happen then they will let me know. I am training playmakers.

Can we get BOTH the Nt managers in on this as it only seems like one is getting a tough time :P

it certainly is the way to go forward and would be good to build some community building , i dont think playing an English u21 every match will suit every side due to £££££££ and resources but you never know if some more will be crazy like me and sell 3 quarters of my 1st team to buy 1 17 yr old striker :P
i know BR buys a lot of youth (or used too) and brings them on well, i hope he still does no matter the outcome of the next 1-2 seasons.. Can we get behind them both in the mean time ? :)
p.s dont do too well ( mind im scottish u21s :P )

You are right to be honest, but it would be nice for everyone to focus on training new English players and if that is not possible it would be good to know that at least everyone is going in the same direction. Recently, new and old players who came back to the game and it is a good time to unite. Recently i watched some representations from big and small and you can see that people are grouping, who are trying to reach a united goal. To increase its representation. I don't expect everyone to write 1,000 posts per day but it would be good to write something.

suggest and say what the same direction is..........it is good you are looking to build/create something for the u21s...but until you get a great junior and feel the enjoyment of training and bringing that junior forward, its only about selling and buying better older foreign players
