Totally agree with nothis.

Yes both England Managers are important and there should be some hand off between the two as obviously the best under 21s are in with a shout of the main team.

The community has found Aligator one extra reserve defender so far. BR, once he has picked himself up should be along but the community as of the time of writing has not found any real under 21 players. I think we will need suggestions such as Pilots above and the managers that promote them from their schools will need to be more supporting or they are rather hard to find once lost.

There is also confusion what makes a good player at different ages and it would be good to get guidance on that.

Most managers are doing it on price but that is not always the way to do it with younger players.

This is my actual Scottish results that played in todays match, all these players went through my team U21. In this season or two and they will be in the first team. For sure i agree with what you wrote that U21 and the first team have to work together.

Has anyone looked at how many of our NT came from my juniors?? there are a few in their....we all know juniors can be a bit of a pick and mix and a lot down to luck...but if we dont train certain players then sell so others can.....

As we don't have many users compared to other nations, there should be a clear plan that is public so that as many can get involved as possible? I'm sure out of 88 people there are a decent amount like myself who would like to help but don't know where to start because no one knows who is training what etc. Can't expect to just talk about improving and expect to match teams who have more users and are probably more organised. If we communicate properly and have enough people training each position we can start to develop a generation of players?

Scouting for the U21 team I used to go through every team in every league and look at transfer history and pick out young English players, and then contact the owners for skills. Nothing fancy or scientific but a tad boring, however it worked well and it would be far easier to do nowadays with less teams and active schools.

It is easy to do, just visit a team page and then go to statistics and look at the players from the youth school of the team.
