Onderwerp: [U21] Qstarw The last World Champion

I don't think it helps that there hasn't been a post relating to what is going on with the U21s at all so far this season.

It has been good to see alligator posting addressing that issue though which is a big positive.

I eluded to this earlier. The community should be included more.

Behave yourself gibbage no one cares, you really interested in u21's pull the other one, your only here to attack me as per, it's ok i can handle you, your known as the joker, not by me

As a user with that M star, do you not think you should act more like one rather than constantly throwing hissy fits in the forums?

Do you read your posts as a moderator before posting them? Gibbage is the most respected user of all from England amongst even Greg who made the game! He won more trophies than probably the whole premier division teams have combined....and again was a respected Moderator and did more to create a community in England than any other player. You talk about a lack of respect to yourself and then act like that. You really are losing the plot. As things stand I no longer will train English players solely due to you. I have no idea how old you are but I suspect older than me, you are acting like a petulant child however.

After all these comments , England u21s have qualified for the u21 WC . Guys im hoping i am giving the chance to manage my u21s in the WC but depends on the votes from the Scottish managers...... i hope i have done enough to get that chance.
There was a lot of hostility at the start of this campaign but i always have and always will say if you have qualified for a competition, you should be given the chance to compete in that competition.
If BR decides to go for 1 more season do we let him compete in the U21 wc? i think we should.... hopefully go out on a high.... what do you all think?

For me things are simple, if Brian wants to represent England than i am for it. Lately i talked privately to him, but i do not want to say anything unless he says something. I would want to lead England in the future and as an ambitious person i want more success than being in the world cup. If i could, i would want to build a team in England to get the highest ranks. I would want the entire system of people who would like to help increase the rank of it. I wanted to say again if Brian wants to still represent England, there is no discussion on saying that he does deserve another season.

you would get my Vote the following season.......

or this season if he decides not to remain in charge

I will be honest, the ranking has stayed the same. No tactic changes have been tried.....and we qualified from a nice group. If he goes for it then good luck to him, but I would rather see a more active manager in charge like Piotr.

I will not say much about this, it is in the hand of Brian he decides things. Thanks for the nice words

I do not mind 1 bit stepping down now, good luck you need it! this lot will be hopeless in the world cup but after that you'll have a chance to change things but you'll need untold work, i worled untold over the years every week asking for every update for every player etc

ranking stayed same is a really good thing, unfortunately I cannot tell users how to train players some will some won't, so you have users training just pace till they are 20yo etc you'll see how hard it is yourself piotr, I don't listen to those who don't put themselves forward and think they no what is on the inside from the outside ;)

anyway I will not be running for either NT job again :)

good luck piotr

Haha I take this as a thinly veiled swipe at myself again........as I say I have already done the job when it was harder with more users. Anyway no point in a slanging match, you can leave with the knowledge that you qualified for the World Cup...easy group or not you did it.... For what it is worth I am sure you did work really hard in the past, and in the past I supported you. For all you have done I am sure the community as a whole are very grateful. I look forward to seeing how Piotr does and what new formations maybe used, given how long you had in the role I am sure Piotr will get ample time to try new things and hopefully climb the rankings, it will be good to see how the ranking changes over the next season or 2. As for trainees I am now down to zero English u21 players after Carter....shame as I have good coaches but there has been nothing good come through. Hopefully Piotr will scout more effectively and pick up the gems that have been missed in recent seasons.

theres none .......... i checked ;)

But i agree let BR leave with his head high, he qualified for the u21 wc and has looked after a lot of u21 players from lots of clubs (and his own ;) , lol kidding ) but i do agree we should be thanking for all his hard work.

thank you and good luck for your next adventure ;)
