Unfortunately, we suffered a 3-1 defeat today against Cuba. Everything went wrong starting from the 63rd minute when our player received a red card. After the match, I looked at the post-match statistics and checked the potential of the individual players on the Cuban team. They have a strong selection of forwards.

They are ranked just below us so it was a fairly even match up. Unlucky on the red card.

Until the 63rd minute, everything was going according to plan. The red card changed a lot in this match to England's detriment. Unlucky loss.

The European Football Championship doesn't help either because it takes up a lot of time:)

I've been getting all my work done late at night or before the tournament started.

Yesterday, I returned late from a family ceremony and forgot to thank everyone for their votes. As I have mentioned multiple times, this will be my last season with the U21 England team. Due to the growth of my company and my studies in stock market investing, I am starting to run out of time. Of course, I will still support the English community with training, but not as frequently. Once again, thank you for your trust.

Today we are playing against Germany. I have set one of the tactics I used before as I am still busy, but starting Monday, I will begin preparations in full swing.

That was a strange match. With better forwards we win it, but they really didn't take advantage of the red card. Obviously we must have Red-card replacement orders in place for the next game.
I typically find your tactics difficult to analyse because they really shouldn't work, but they do. It's the Di Canio position, he's so difficult to mark playing in that weird spot, half-way between mid and defence and centre-mid and wing. I think what you gain in attack with him, you lose in defence.

I don't like conceding a goal after three players fail to stop it. Of course, I didn't set conditions for a red card since it was a friendly match, but the blame is definitely mine.

This tactic is my hallmark, and I know its strengths and weaknesses. It has won many matches, including against Top 3 teams. Sorry, but I won't elaborate on it. This is the second match where we've received a red card. I hope this isn't the beginning of a trend.
