Good luck to both U21 and NT managers next season in whatever they decide to do....

Both have given me the Positive exciting weekends....... and the low ones too but have always looked to put our NT sides as far as they can.
Both sides looking for new management for next season have been left in a good place with some talent showing in both NT and U21s... Thank you Al and Damien hope you both keep up the positive and great work you both have done.

I see we have 1 Candidate only for the full NT Manager....but no topic.........thats a shame. I felt Aligator had done a decent job tbh, his results were on the whole positive. The U21 team seems to be getting worse however......

It’s no secret I want the NT’s to succeed…….hopefully a change will help the u21 become better as last season was not good enough unfortunately.

the man applying for NT knows history of a lot of the now NT players so hopefully an advantage but as i said its a totally different ball game :P

whoever comes in i hope we all get behing because a lot of us have the players to get England where they should be and follow on from the fantastic work Ali done ;)

I'll not begrudge BR a go at the main NT. His U21 reign became very stale and the main NT would be a fresh start. It would be important not to let issues that were there with U21s creep to the NT though.
