Fair enough. I haven't and |I don't know about the struggles you mentioned. Surely it's not any easier for the Armenia, Ireland or New Zealand. I'd guess it's even harder. But I'm guessing the mission is similar. Win the game. Hence, I don't understand the need to play 20 yo and prepare for the future. Why not adapt to the players you have and get the best out of them?

you have a choice to produce players or try and get ranking up

but most managers who havent qualified for u21 WC will only play either u20 or u19 so very difficult

so it doesn't mean he is ignoring players but he needs to play U20

We are playing U20 this season. on Saturday we will play Paraguay, he wants to play U20 + 4 U21 players so your player has a chance to play if he is in high form. Your criticism is right, and I am also irritated by our recent results. Unfortunately, the current generation is weaker than the previous one, I do not even have 40 players in the team because I have no one to appoint ...

The junior school is more like one good player in 5 generations, many times I ask myself why do I even bother with the academy.

I have had academies for about 7 seasons and I have not made any sensible player

it will come.... i got Matt Le tissier as a 16 yr old and trained him as best i could... just recently brought him home but it was very painful for me paying £3 million for a 32 yr old.......

Unfortunately I have pulled 2 amazing striker trainees! Oh how I want a decent mid trainee……after this set of mid finishes I may change tact but we will see what the new system brings. ;)

Again, it was not possible to win against a weaker rival. I don't know what to do anymore. Our attackers do not score three 100% of the situations, and our defender shoots an own goal without being attacked by the opponent.
