Onderwerp: New Training Regime

It’s all new and a bit confusing so I thought I’d put some stats up from what I’ve seen:

10 players can be chosen for Advanced training

Advanced only - 50% training

Friendly only - 70% training

Friendly and International - 90% training

Friendly (Adv) - 85%

Friendly and International (Adv) - 97%

League match and Friendly (Adv) - 99%

League match and Friendly - 98%

League Match and Int and Friendly - 100%

All of the above were from 90 minutes per match.

What we need to find out...... is 100% =100% or does advanced training give you a more efficient better training?
If that makes sense?

If u mean advanced compared to formation training than advanced is much more effective.

I mean is 100% advanced more than 100% formation?

It'd be impossible to say as players have different levels of talent.

100 percent of advanced training is much more than 100 percent formation training

Surely 100% is the same as 100% on the other side?

In this case they should put the real value/percentage

no pops, first time ever, pace takes even longer nowadays it seems

It seems that skills Brilliant to Magical and above take longer to train, not by much probably means 1 more week which is 2 more weeks for pace

So with approximately 20% less training weeks in a typical player’s career and higher skills training slower, top quality players are going to become rare beasts indeed.

The days of 5 x divine etc players are over most likely.

That's not a bad thing, more realistic, there will be much much less divine pace players, & less Unearthly pace palyers which is probably also more realistic
