This is the England schedule for the 65 season. We don't yet know the rivals for the U27 tournament, but through results from two seasons back we start this tournament with FLOW B. The plan is to win against every opponent and as for the upcoming World Cup.... I have analysed my opponents and all we need here is a miracle :p

After an unsuccessful friendly against Azerbaijan, it is time to face a team we have already played against this season - Scotland.
I won't hide the fact that the defeat to Azerbaijan hurt me the most. Something needs to improve, I still don't understand why our effectiveness in almost every match is poor. I take the match against Scotland very seriously, I'm counting on a good result and getting revenge on the rival for the earlier defeat.


Expectations: Rival is respectable by your supporters, but they expect a win.

England - Scotland 3:2

I don't even know where to start when describing this match. A big thank you to Scotland's coach - Romuloremo for the opportunity for a rematch.
We won the match... But it was a very poor match. The result should have been twice as good. We are not taking very many opportunities that we MUST take.
From the 70th minute, Scotland played one player less and we were unable to take advantage of the situation. We had maybe 3-4 situations from that point on that we SHOULD have converted into goals. Unfortunately, this did not happen.
We are losing a key player for the World Cup, out of form is player number 8 - George Wallace. It's a big loss for England and we will have to deal with it. Next week is the last friendly game before the World Cup and the fun is over, we start the serious game :-)

Wallace was my old trainee. You won and that’s the main thing. Well done.

Ohh, I hadn't noticed that before. A very good example of how anyone can contribute to the training of English footballers. There have been problems with midfielders for a few seasons now, identical situation was in Scotland when I was leading that national team.
Ali could probably confirm this. It is a shame that we are losing such an important player. But we have to deal with it :-)

Wallace is a well rounded mid, I loved training him but stopped at 27 I think to concentrate on my younger trainees.
