Depends if you have nothing else.... then keep such as long as you have space in your school.
19-20 year olds need to have a minimum of brilliant ability to make it worth keeping them :-)

In my example, the last player to come out as a 19-20 year old with a good SS was the magical...

I wouldn't save a 20 year old. If a player comes out as 19 years old but a high level....Magical for example then its worth having.

A very good example of how a player can be spoiled.
With this pace he is not suitable for any position, the worst thing you can do.

Pace is always arguably the most important skill in the game.

That being said, even a tragic player has some pace. Surprised he fetched £4m in last transfer though, unless current manager has continued to not train pace.

I agree with you, which is why I always try to keep in touch with users younger than 25 to still have time to improve their training :-)
I always try to suggest what is the most important thing to train and practically our players are always lacking in speed, so it is worth training it from a younger age.

Today I had more time to sit and work.
I did an update on who has a junior school and what coach they have. We have some new teams that have been promoted higher and just a lot of them don't have it. In the days to come I will try to release another update.... as of today, as much as 82% percent of users have a junior school.
A very good result! I am pleased with this number! It is thanks to YOU that we have someone to train and increase the strength of ENGLAND.
At the end of the season, I hope to persuade someone to coach and train young players :)
