Piotr also commented that day about my transfers and took flak from me too which again was misunderstood from me accusing him of me cheating which he never. Sorry Piotr..

Aligator, I sense that you are upset that I have announced my intention to vote for Strus? I gave my reason, I have said I think you are a fantastic manager. My only disappointment was the last season of your time as NT manager that you did not come on forum and say I am very busy and let people know....unless you did and I did not notice it? I feel what you did with England was very good, and if you show that you're time issues are over I certainly would support you in election again. If you get in this time, and there is a big chance you will still then I would 100% support you now and I would be happy off you did too.

I truly believe there are 2 very good managers this time around.

1) Do you feel you will have time for the role.

Definitely yes. I have always given more than 100%, specifically 200%. I had some technical issues that significantly limited my time and operational capabilities. Fortunately, these problems have been resolved, which now gives me much more time to dedicate to this role. I am very motivated and ready to engage at full capacity to meet all the requirements and expectations.

2) Do you have people who will help, like scouts, or do you think they are not needed now?

Nowadays, we have many supporting applications that can greatly facilitate our work. However, there is always a risk of missing some talents. Therefore, I believe that my team should include at least two scouts to ensure full coverage of all areas. One person has already volunteered, and I am currently looking for a second person to complete the team. Such help is invaluable and increases our chances of success.

3) How will you involve the community?

I realize that I haven't had enough time for the community lately, and I apologize for that. I would like to change this by introducing various competitions with prizes to increase community engagement on the forum. For example, we could organize predictions for the results in qualifications, World Cup, European Championships, as well as in competitions like the Champions League, Europa League, and Conference League. For this project, the help of a few people will be needed to assist with organization and coordination.

4) Will you co-operate with the U21 manager on players etc?

With Piotr, we have had both good and bad times. There was an incident that divided us, but the issue has been resolved. I believe that improving communication on my part is crucial to ensure effective cooperation. Good communication is essential, and I am ready to fully cooperate with the U21 manager regarding players and other important matters. Piotr, great job.

5) What are you aims and aspirations for the NT this season?

My duty is to ensure that we advance from the group, at least from the 2nd place. If we achieve a significant advantage in the qualifications, I believe we should start rejuvenating the team. Our team is getting older, and new players do not always perform as we expect. It is crucial to introduce younger players and build the team for the future to maintain a high level of play.

6) What are your past achievements within NT sides and with which countries?

As Aligator78, I managed the England NT for 10 seasons and the Sweden U21 for one season. I have been active in the game Sokker since 2007, when I started playing with another team while still living in Poland. I also managed the national teams of Canada, Egypt, and India (both U21 and NT). I cannot specify exactly how many seasons it was, but I have extensive experience that I would like to utilize in future challenges.

I had planned to announce this after the elections, and it was clear that I am not counting on pity to gain additional votes.

I also have an announcement for everyone. If I win the elections:
I aim to secure at least 2nd place and continue working towards the World Cup, with the goal of advancing out of the group stage.

What happens if I don't succeed:
If I lose the elections, I will definitively close the chapter on running for the leadership of England U21, NT. The conclusion is simple – this is what the public wants.
If we fail to qualify in the eliminations, I will definitively end my involvement with England U21, NT.

Not really, it means 1st place is a must!

That draw can hardly have been better.

Not all teams from 2nd place go through to World Cup because there are 17 groups.

You get 16x 1st place and 16x 2nd place. So one 2nd place won't go to World Cup.

The problem is that in 5-team group you get less points because you don't have one opponents from the lowest pot, in other words at the start you already lose guaranteed 6 points.

USA is quite strong for a 3rd pot team. Hellas is as strong as any from 1st pot, they easily go over 82 in rating, while England plays for 75-77 [similar to USA].

Definitely not a good draw, a very bad one. Luckily for you (and me, I also got a 5-team group) the draw will probably be made from scratch so there are no 5-team groups.

Both teams are within England's reach. If we assume from the beginning that it won't work, it doesn't look good. I consider the draw lucky ;)

Antoś had a much stronger group of 5 teams. He finished the qualifying round in first place.
