It's because of Keeper. You need 127 to be Unearthly, 117 to be Magical and he loses 16 points on Keeper which leaves him on 112. It's why he's so cheap.

Does anyone have evidence of Training Effectiveness variations? For example

Unearthly 94%
Magical 88%
Brilliant 82%
Incredible 76%
Outstanding 71%
Formidable 65%

etc, or is it the same for everyone?

This doesn't compute at the lower level general appraisals so it might round off towards the bottom of the scale.
Not sure I've seen a coach below poor, so that's probably 0 - 9

Your increments idea of skill levels might be a thing but it's likely to be in 1/7 or 1/8 increments if atall.
I think it'll be decimal 0 to 0.99 as that's easy. Remember most Dev's are lazy (I'm a Dev I'm allowed to say that :))
Why code something unless it's required?

Because wages are always 0 or 5, it seems unlikely they'd code anything outside of

I need to take a closer look at those training effectiveness numbers. Obviously my head coach increments were 5.8 per level.

Where are you getting those Training Effectiveness As Head Coach numbers?

I bung them into Youth Coach role and check the training report, It shows training efficiency of current Youth Coach.

For head coach it has no purpose, was just to see what level they were.
