What experience do you have of managing countries?

2 seasons with Ro U21 and silver at WC
4 seasons with Ro and bronze at WC - lost in semis with Qstar
about 8-10 seasons with countries like Belgium U21, Scotland U21, Austria, and Costa Rica, and maybe other weaker countries I can't remember, with fewer achievements.
