Onderwerp: [NT] USA vs Dominican Republic

the last friendly my plus hadn't been activated yet so I couldn't create a new tactic. I decided I'd like to play a 4-3-3 and used the previous 4-3-3 tactic left to me by the other coaches.

Bad idea because it must have been modified extremely for 1 game or something... :/

I'm gonna stick to making my own tactics

well, ok, couldn't you check out the tactic first? or just for the time being run with an old tactic that you felt comfortable with?

You need to put full effort into all the games, the ranking points matter. Not to mention that the jury's still out on whether or not you're capable of managing at this level. If I were you I'd be looking to prove something with each game, friendly or not.

It was definitely a mistake on my part. I thought the tactic would be a simple 4-3-3 and that was enough for me. I knew we would be pretty okay if we played a solid 4-3-3 and I wasn't really expecting the defense to spread like that (should have checked though just in case).

I do put a lot of effort and energy into all the games I coach though. I spent more time looking for players last game though and that cost me in the long run

Well, it happens, I'd be looking to make a statement in the next game though, not taking a week off.

If you're worried about injuries and want to play U24/25 but are having trouble finding an opponent try posting here (if you haven't already):
