Llama I don't care how much money you have, you clearly cannot judge talent, and even in the slight chance you can, you haven't a clue how to utilize it. The fact Tarley is not on the roster of the top 40 players in the USA is beyond laughable.

just because he's not on the actual team doesn't mean he isn't in the top 40. It just means I see no reason at the current moment to drop anyone and grab him when I know he exists (yes I made a mistake and missed him last time but that's because I was doing a big cleanup of our old players so it was just a lot of changes).

When I want him to play, I'll pick him up. Simple as that
