Hello everybody,
it's election time again and i'm here ready to play my chanches with USA'nt

I'm on sokker since Oct '06, at this moment i'm on italian serie B with my club

My NT'experience :

1. I managed for 8 seasons Pilipinas under21, bringing it from 92th positon to the 58th position
2. Few months ago, i won the under21 World Cup with Italy, managed for only 2 seasons

Below the program for next season :

- Scout position : i would be glad to collaborate with some american users but if it will be not possible, no probs, i'll ask to some italian and experienced friend

- Ranking climb : My goal is to bring this NT to the first 20 positions and obviously i'll try to go far forward as possible in next World Cup. I think Usa could easily reach at least quarter finals in every world cup.

My name is Morpheus,

I am 35 years old and I play Sokker since to 2006.

With this candidature I'll propose you to collaborate in order to build a future team U21 worthy of the reputation of the U.S. Therefore that, we will create a management system which will bring the quality and the continuity to the national team.

In order to achieve this scop, I propose the following objectives:

1) Update the USA Association:
- Remove users whose accounts have been deleted;
- Bringing new users who wish to involve in the lives of two national teams with real commitment;
- the proposal and the appointments such as: Keeper scouts, defender scouts, playmaker scouts, striker scouts, assistant managers, etc..

2) Update the NT Database:
- finding the scouts which will upgrate database every 2 weeks (knowing
that the form of players at this level is very important);

3) Election of technical staff (competent and open mind);

4) Implementation of a tactics decision making system:
- Discussion of tactics system (532, 5311, 442, 433, etc..) before every match;
- Proposing tactics;
- Checking of the proposed tactic;
- Approving a final tactic;

5) Create of a web page dedicated to the two USA national teams, to bring in top, users that do the folowing:
- increase the national players;
- is actively involved in scouting and upgra NT Database;
- suggesting of future solutions to increase the value of national team;
- is actively involv in implementing the various solutions, etc..

Together, we fight step by step to build a bright and deserved future for the team national USA. Together, in 3-4 years, with the implementation and continuous improvement of such management, we can bring U21 team in the top 10 in the world.

If you are not satisfied by:
- the 48th place (out of 98) that nowadays it is found the national U21;
- the fact that teams like Malaysia, Cuba, Venezuela, Uruguay, Lietuva, etc.. have a best ranking than the U21 national team,

then vote a experience user, vote a futere project on medium and long term.

I'm Morpheus and I support only the future projects with a solid base.

I know why I am supporting you! You are a much better "speech person" than I am, but I also know YOU WILL DO ALL YOU HAVE WRITTEN HERE! So, let's bring the NTeams on places that make us proud!

Man, on a 2nd look on your thread, I think I should hire you also to do such a nice speech for me! You know we will put pressure on you to fulfill your objectives!

And do not forget Morpheus... We take the teams from the 35th and 48th places, respectively. I know we will move them up in ranking, but the great thing we have to accomplish relates to the management system (and objectives) you underlined here!

An extra-objective you may add relates to things we can do to also attract maybe more users for US (this way. the chances to get a better selection area for NT players should increase)...

You know me, I'll make what I say always. Let's look on my objectives:
1) Update the USA Association - I'll look for new users who wants to help USA national teams;
2) Update the NT Database - is even simple;
3) Election of technical staff - I want to come near the national team USA users (and not only) with experience and with open mind for implementation the next objective;
4) Implementation of a tactics decision making system - at the base, there are few ideas from ISO 9001:2008. At this objective I'll discuss with my staff every tactics. For that, I'll need at least 3 users from staff. Discusion will be open on national team forum like follow (a simple example).
