On this forum we will discuss how can imlpicate more users to the USA team life. For that, I'll wait your proposals.

For start, I propose to make a list with users who accept that USA U21 team play on your stadium. Accepting users on this list depends on one rule: that user must have at least magical [15] coach on his junior team.

All interested must write on this forum like taht: TEAM NAME [ID] - magical/unearthly coach of the junior team - xx (numbers) of junior team in present.

Morph, lower your standards a little bit, so people can get involved. I also do not have indeed a magical coach on my junior squad, but brilliant as dennis. My magical coach is the head coach! :)

I just sold a strong young last week (18 yrs old), but I guess you cannot use him yet since he needs to grow a little bit! I hope I can get some extra $$$ when he will be sold again! :)

For dennis and ciomocio I would like to say that from many years, I have unearthly [16] coach for my junior team. I observe that in all years I recover more money than I spent on coach wage and the juniors player. That was possible because I sign contract with all junior player imediatly when was possible. So, I don't see any reasons to not sign a contract for junior team with a unearthly [16] coach. My strong advice for your team (and of course for USA U21 team) is to think about it.

I accept magical coach, and firs match of USA U21 team will be played on Ajinomoto Stadium (belong to FC Nippon team).

Mate, I have not seen unearthly [16] coaches on the TL for long time! I know what you are saying is right, but your profit is at limit I guess (unless you have a huge youth school)!

Plus lol... Mate, I thought you are usually checking the truth! Sherman McGuire IS NOT a magical coach. He is just a young player :)). Since I "discovered" that, do you give me for free your unearthly [16] coach? And give all that credit you want to give to me?

FC Nippon is a B-league team, so the probability for them to use an unearthly [16] coach for the youth team tends to 0 (unless they plan bankruptcy).

Dennis, the junior coach general appraisal will determine how quickly the juniors will improve their skills. So indeed, the general appraisal is the most important for a junior coach.

For the record, I make most of my money on my junior team. You can check my transfers to see that I rarely buy a player and that most of them that I did buy was when I started ;)
