What are the requierments to become a NT manager?

I would like to have a go at it in the future ;D

But we have ciomocio working his magic.But Hopefully he can pass the mantle to me next:P

requirements are - Most votes.
voting is not open. when it is, go to USA page and either select to be USA or USA U21 coach, and hope to be elected.
`````no what are the REAL requirements? most serious voters will not vote for you unless are a proven winner and are adapt at tactics. serious voters also want to see a moderately long history in the game, and also alot of involvement.
right now your are one of the most involved in the forums, and that is good. however a longer history, and one with achievements, is required.

Took me like 12 seasons of my candidacy to get elected :)

Just post up a lot but really people want to see "success."

I told them I'd be in the Major Leagues but it was hard to gather votes until I at least made the A league.

as to being active in the forums....it also is quality AND quantity. just posting in forums is easy...you must ADD to the overall discussion by making observations that are correct and helpful.

haha yes that's very fair. In a way it was slightly a running gag but then I decided I actually would like it after a bit.
