I pulled a pretty good jr that looks like the below. I train mids, and he's really more of an attacker. If I can get enough money, I'll sell him. But I have no idea what he's worth - I don't pay much attention to sale prices of juniors.... Any thoughts?

decent draw there, what did his talent shape up like? That's really going to be the deciding factor.

No idea - the program I use to track data (Sokker Manager) got broken and I've not bothered to change to a different one. He came out incredible, though.
