I had my training set to stamina today. Picked up some new players who were really low. Yet, none of my players in need of stamina got any boosts (including one player rated "hopeless"). I have never seen a player that low not go up at least one level. What happened? Did players not train up? head coach was assigned. magical in stamina training, too. how do you not get a bump for stamina in this situation?

Did you see gains on the other players or did you get no gains at all?

When I trained stamina last I got +8 gains (but a decent number of my players were already 11).

any change in ANY values, especially Form or Value?

If you are are using the Supporter feature to determine changes in skills, did you drop Supporter?

no drop in supporters. i could not tell if any other values changed (form or value). i changed computers and sokker organizer did not pick up any changes (probably from the fresh load, I did not copy in the old data files). HOWEVER, training was set to stamina. the assigned head coach is rated magical. I had 7 that needed stamina (all new hires, all rated solid or below), none got trained. i paid attention to their stamina rating because i hate using a regular season week for that if i don't have to.

i'm stumped. it makes no sense to me.

My guess is that you either didn't get the training changed in time (thus you received the training of your prior training) or you got extremely unlucky...like That time I outshot my opponent 24-3 and Lost 1-2....

ok. let's run with that idea. i'll grant that possibility. prior training was pace, so yes. that could account for the lack of change. that brings up the question just exactly what is the cut off for making changes? I don' think i have ever heard on this subject. does anyone know?midnight before the update? 24 hours before...? (and FYI...I don't remember when i made the change, so this is for future reference.)

dunno. I thought that you could change right up to before updates....but that is NOT fact based.

it's what i thought, too. but my thought is not fact based either.

Junior training question:

got a guy who is 17 with 30 weeks to graduate. what training length and age combo do you guys use for rejection?

What's his starting skill?

average. junior coach is incredible.

probably worth to keep for a few weeks to watch his jumps. If he's popping at a mild schedule he could come out like form-incr 19yr old and be worth a little something
