Hello!

My name is Norbert and I am running for the USA U21 National Team coach.

For the last 6 seasons, I was in charge of the Ísland U21 NT. Those were very good seasons. Despite a very small community in Ísland - only 4 active users, Ísland moved up from 74th place to 52nd in the world ranking. During my tenure, the number of points increased from 878.42 to 1597.35.
Yesterday I beat the USA U21 4:2 and finished 3rd in Group H. This is a repeat of the greatest achievement in this country.

The national team has always been and is more important to me than my club. For many seasons, all training places in my club have been occupied by young Icelandic players who play in league matches for a training bonus.

I watch the play of the nearest opponent and adjust my tactics. My favorite tactics are 5-2-1-2 (with winger), 5-3-2, 4-3-1-2 and 4-2-2-2 (with one winger). In addition, I modify them depending on the opponent's positioning.

It is very important for me to work with the owners of the players and I always respect their opinions and even requests not to field a player in a given match.

Why USA U21?

I've been following the USA U21 national team for a long time. I respect successes like the quarter-final of the U21 World Cup. Recently, however, USA U21 has not used its potential. I think that the USA U21 can do much better and qualify for the World Cup. I would like to improve USA U21's place in the world ranking and achieve successes for your country.

I'm a very active user, I'm active on the forum, I like to help new users, I'm always here to help, I like to exchange sk@ and help sell players by advertising on private forums. I maintain a database of all young players and update it frequently. I am interested in junior schools. I am glad that in the USA 23 teams play in the junior leagues - it confirms the great possibilities of the USA. Together we can achieve success!

Thank you all for your votes :) I am happy that I will have the honor to lead the USA U21 in the U21 World Cup Qualifiers. Our group is one of the strongest, but we will fight for the best possible result.

Hello !
Another season behind us. We were very close to promotion to the World Cup. This season we won 8 matches, lost 3. We scored 40 goals, lost 8. We won all the matches in which we were favorites, and also defeated World Cup bronze medalist Cuba 1:0. In the world ranking we moved up again, we are currently in 35th place (at the beginning of the season we were in 37th place). My motivation to work as a National Coach of the USA U21 is still high. I am setting more and more goals for myself. In the upcoming season, I want to promote to the TOP 34 and thus advance to the second pot in the draw for the next World Cup qualification. My goal is to promote the USA U21 to the next World Cup. I am convinced that this is possible.

this season the only thing missing was luck for promotion, and in the notes we were much weaker than Cuba and Columbia, but you played even matches :)

In two seasons with proper training we will advance to the World Championships :)
