Hello. I am Mustafa Atik. I am Azerbaijan U21 coach.

I want to be the USA 21 coach this season.

I have been in the sokker family for 14 years.

I have previously coached Türkiye-CRNA GORA-AZERBAIJAN U21 teams.

I came 2nd with Azerbaijan in the previous World Cup. I came 3rd in the unofficial U20 World Cup. Moreover, while Azerbaijan was ranked 43rd in the World Sokker rankings, it rose to 22nd place after I became the coach.

I compare the USA and Azerbaijan to each other. my goal; To repeat the success I achieved here.


Your coach norbert1987 is someone I follow very successfully. He did a good job with USA.

I know USA closely because we were in the same group in the World Cup this season.

My goal; To take USA to the World Cup in the World Cup Qualification groups.

As a USA U21 NT coach candidate, what can you add beyond your already excellent credentials?

My first goal is to take USA U21 to the WORLD CUP by getting successful results in the Qualifiers.

Yes I am planning to. If you examine AZERBAIJANU21, where I am currently the coach, you can see that 8 of my club players are in the Azerbaijan u21 National team at the age of 19. I bought and raised him when I was 16 years old. my goal. 4 seasons ago, it was to train until the age of 21 and participate in the WORLD CUP.

However, when the 5 users I worked with in Azerbaijan were unjustly banned from the game, the other 19-year-old generation we trained in cooperation was left without a team. Since Sokker management did not help, I could not realize my plans.

If I can build a team in the forum, I would like to do the same for USA U21.


How successful do you think you can be with forum participation?

Certainly.

First of all, I have two Turkish Cup successes with my club team. I won the Turkish Super League 3 seasons in a row with my youth team.

I participated in U20 inter-club tournaments in Poland.

I organized an international ARCADE tournament in my country.

Tactically, I played in every formation.

I love wing football, but I couldn't do it in Azerbaijan for 5 seasons because I didn't have a wing player.

I am a coach who loves defensive approach.

In the qualifiers where 98 countries participated, I became the WORLD GOAL KING once from both Azerbaijan and Türkiye

I am personally going to wait and see what team Blue is going to run for, first.

Blue is an old head of this game from around my time and also has a good track record (which I will allow him to speak about). I'm not sure which team he's going to run for at this point.

My only concern with how the team was run until now, was I am lately getting the feeling that our players are trained to achieve in U21 too much, and less for longer term success. Having players with subpar pace graduating the program, for starters, leads to mediocre NT players down the line.

The USA young players are on a good path, in terms of pace. Don't worry. Players aged 28 and over, yes... are mediocre. But from 26 and under, they are very good.

Good to know then. I just haven't been impressed with the (edit: recently) configured player sales.

WORLD CUP QUALIFICATION GROUP

Suomi is the strongest team in this group. I've encountered it 5 times before. I have 3 wins and 2 losses.

They are not a big group, but they are a very successful team in the WORLD CUP.

In general, they are a very technical and attacking team with players.



Ireland is one of the best draws we can draw for the 3rd pot. Because we did not match with dangerous teams such as NETHERLANDS, DENMARK, MEXICO, PORTUGAL, NORWAY, CHILE, MOLDOVA, VIETNAM. We are lucky.


Other opponents are easy. Maybe China can push it a little.
