I have one unearthly coach on my coaching staff. I have drawn him 47 times (setting a maximum of 8 magical skills). I think I was very lucky anyway.

so if you put magical requirements, then the lowest it can give you is brilliant for that skill, right? Do I recall that correctly?

With a magical skill in the form, the drawn skill can be even lower than brilliant.

I encourage all other users to set up youth school. A youth school offers many advantages. For example, you don't have to look for players for the TL and pay for them, you can train alumni, you can compete in junior leagues, test new tactics in them, and make money on tickets from junior league matches.
If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer them.
