you want your youths to frequently have 0.3 pops, any average over 0.25 for lower skills is pretty good

Do you need a seperate youth trainer, or how does that work?

nope, everyone has the same 'phantom trainer', but you do need scouts to look for youths every week. i have 2 international and 1 national

you can have up to 12 youths, cant pull til after 18 weeks. pick two skills to train on each youth, and remember players are talented toward a certain position which you have to find out. i always start with pace as one because if he goes 0.1 i will just get rid of that player right there

Got knocked out by a team with stronger team, and my defence having weird movements. Not a good week for me in any game ME wise.

Beat a team from D3 1-0, now I play a team from D5.

i think a lot of people didnt realize they had cup matches

Its the friendlies I seldom know I have nowadays.

I put in my offers, but the game doesn't seem to notify you when someone accepts an offer (in my case) to host my team.

ive heard that training slows a bit at 6+ and then a bit more at 10+ so keep us updated for learning purposes

and btw i think the game is rigged so the majority of youths are italian and talented, stupid italians
