Does it seem like training is overpowered to anyone? It seems easy to get a 3x20 from the 2x18/19 19yos I've seen.

Example - this guy pops every 4 trainings in striker, level 15 coach skill and 21 years old:

What is the best plan for friendlies? Back ups or starters?

Now theres injuries, I wouldnt risk a full squad. And trainees will get stamina by playing in matches, so play any trained players that aren't strong enough for the league in friendlies for stamina.

I'm planning on playing a mixture of starters and future starters. Although they may not all be future starters on my club. :)
