Congratulatons Woody! You showed again how to drive a Maybach! ;) I think, that the german team could get a better result with a better striker. Whatever... you have the Maybach and you won this race. Next time Germany will have a Maybach too.
Unsere Taktik der ersten Halbzeit war nicht gut um die Polen aufzuhalten. Beim 0:2 war ich zwar deprimiert, aber die Hoffnung die habe ich nicht aufgegeben. Ich habe auf unserer zweiten Taktik gehofft. Versteckt hat sich unsere Mannschaft nicht und der Ausgleich stand in der Luft.
Zwar haben noch die Polen eine bessere Mannschaft, aber WIR KOMMEN!
PS: Das mit den Rasen, das war nicht beabsichtigt! Ich wollte damit Woody ärgern und als ich mitgekriegt habe, dass man es nicht zurücksetzen kann, da war ich selber verärgert, denn ich mag es nicht wenn die Verletzungschancen steigen. Deswegen auch der Knoblauchkranz im Vorbericht.

Das Finale das muss jeder anschauen, das war Schule! Ein Genuss zum anschauen.
Beide Mannschaften sehr stark, beide Taktiken sehr clever und die Tore fielen erst nach dem beide Mannschaften eine Menge Torchancen und eins zu eins Situationen gehabt hatten.

Da wurde schon fast alles in der Diskusion nach dem Spiel gesagt.
Zur Taktik der zweiten Hälfte möchte ich noch was sagen. Sie war neu und hatte viele Element aus diversen Taktiken. Ich glaube das Experiment war gelungen und glaube dass ich damit mehrere ähnliche Taktiken entwerfen kann und damit auch bessere Ergebnisse erzielen werde.
Sie haben bei Ihrer Antwort auf Woody von einen besseren Stürmer erzählt. Was meinen Sie?
Ich meinte Bartholomäus Krekel, dessen Form auf null ist. Allerdings hatte der polnische Stürmer, der zum 0:1 traf, Marian Żerkowski Form nur 4 (schwach). Da denke ich mir, dass es sich vielleicht doch lohnt Krekel das eine oder andere Mal einzusetzen.
Ausserdem meinte auch die 19jährigen Stürmer, die noch stärker sein werden. Wolf Colding (Cherup`s Little Sokker Angels), Maurice Haslinger (FC Franconia Athen), Günter Womes (Bolzplatzhelden) und der transfergelistete Einar Jarke (Commando Carlsruh) sind nur einige Namen, von der Generation, die ihren Einstand nächste Woche hat, gegen den neuen U21-Weltmeister, die Tschechische Republik.

Letzte Woche spielten wir U20 mit den noch amtierenden Weltmeister Polen.
Nach dem Spiel haben wir dank des brasilianischen Meistermanagers Polens Woody erfahren, dass der Spieler der den Unterschied gemacht hat, zwar nicht dribbeln kann (also keine Technik), aber dafür weiß wo das Tor liegt (also hohen Stürmerskill).
Morgen spielen wir gegen den neuen Weltmeister, gegen der Tschechischen Republik. Es ist ein U19 Spiel. Noch weiß ich nicht wer alles morgen spielen wird. Ich habe eine erste Auswahl aus 40 unserer U19 Spieler gemacht.
Zur Info: Der Spieler mit dem niedrigsten Wert in meiner ersten Auswahl hat einen Wert von 179.250 € (miese Form, aber tolle Skills).
Mein kleiner Appell: Aktualisiert bitte die Daten eurer U19-Spieler, insbesonders wenn sie einen Wert von über 200.000 € haben.

The focus on the development of the generations participating in the competitions is so important that they have come together and created the V4 Cup, a competition with 4 European teams (Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and Czech Republic) where they play 6 games (3 with the U20 team and 3 with the U19 generation) in a competitive way while at the same time aiming at training, a fun way to do this and that encourages the Czech community to help more.

We took advantage of and went to one of the important people in this project, we asked some of the assistants of the U21 Team (Ortwin) about the importance of this achievement for the Czech community.
1 - How important is this world title to the community of the Czech Republic? Do you think this title is important not only for the Czech Republic but for similar communities in number of youth schools like Brazil and Hungary?
Ortwin: Of course it is very important for us. We have already won 3 silver medals, but we have never been the champions. We worked hard to achieve this - not only members of our U21 NT staff, but also Czech managers who were willing to buy our young talents regardless of their price and give them the best training possible.
Belgium has won two U21 WCs in a row and they have even less youth schools than the Czech republic, Hungary or Brazil. So our victory can only remind the community that Poland, Romania and Italy are not the only countries that can win this tournament even though it is not easy for smaller countries to play as equals with the superpowers.
2 - This generation that won the U21 World Cup, it was developed for how long? How is the Czech community's priority for young players that born in their country?
Ortwin: Difficult question, because we have been following some of our key players since they were pulled from the youth school and we received the skills of one important player a few weeks before the WC started. But one thing is for sure. Our aim is to keep our key players in Czech teams and enjoy this game together. ;)
3 - In a few weeks the V4 Cup will be start, which is a competition that brings together 4 national teams (Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and Czech Republic) and make 3 matches with U20 generation and 3 matches with U19 generation, the first edition was 2 seasons ago and Poland became champion, you created this competition, where did the idea come from? The V4 Cup would be to show a different way to train the next generations? Since it is a competition despite being focused on the extra training of future generations?
Ortwin: I was inspired by DACH-Cup, tournament played by three German-speaking countries and one guest country. We could have arranged U19 and U20 friendlies, but in this tournament we can enjoy matches with our neighbours, Poland and Slovakia. It is much more likely that our managers will watch a match with our traditional rivals than some random friendly match.

Now taking the numbers and seeing how it was possible, what can Brazil or other countries (Anmerkung d.Red.: or Germany) take advantage of? If the Czech Republic that owns the community in numbers similar to ours managed ... why Brazil or a Hungary can not do the same? The Czech Republic has taught us that it is possible to be competitive even with a limited number, everything is possible if it is worked. This is the lesson we draw from this story.

The Czech community is a very active community regarding their national teams, everything was possible with a necessary set, the U21 coach (ostulc) is one of the best coaches for a long time, so much so that in his 3 participations in the U21 World Cup he has won 3 medals (bronze, silver and gold) if you visit the Czech community, you will find many topics related to national teams, topics about competitions, scouting of Czech players and even topics of 'betting', they have a betting project not only for the World Cup but also for those who would win the competition, who of Czech coaches who are in other national teams would do well in the 'Mini World Cup' (which is a competition that happens in the same period of the World Cup for those who failed to qualify) and even in who will be the top scorer of the Czech team in the U21 World Cup, the prizes is different than a plus, is things like ... give a 19 year old player a chance at a friendly or choose the colors of the uniform for a game or even choose the stadium, their motto is that the important thing is not to win bets but to be part of it.
Despite a smaller number of youth schools than Poland, Romania and Italy, the community works hard to try to keep a strong generation as it knows that at some point the youth schools can take a very strong generation and end up delivering a team that can face the front these national teams, the coach of the U21 National Team of Poland Woody explains the importance of a united community in this development.
"A community like Poland has about 1000 youth schools, so it always has a strong generation, but sometimes the generation is so strong that you end up having the chance to create 3 to 4 more teams with what you have in hand , is something natural, sometimes it is not even necessary to work so hard on the community, then for a community like the Czech Republic, this community work is very important because they know that they can not overcome communities like Poland or Romania if they do not do something different, so their project is long term, it was not done in a day to the other ... it is no wonder that they are the world champions today, this project began years ago with the conquest of their bronze medal in edition 11 of the U21WC, after that they have conquered in the last 3 editions 1 silver medal and now the gold. They are becoming a power even with a much smaller community compared to other sokker giants. ''
The focus on the development of the generations participating in the competitions is so important that they have come together and created the V4 Cup, a competition with 4 European teams (Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and Czech Republic) where they play 6 games (3 with the U20 team and 3 with the U19 generation) in a competitive way while at the same time aiming at training, a fun way to do this and that encourages the Czech community to help more.

We took advantage of and went to one of the important people in this project, we asked some of the assistants of the U21 Team (Ortwin) about the importance of this achievement for the Czech community.
1 - How important is this world title to the community of the Czech Republic? Do you think this title is important not only for the Czech Republic but for similar communities in number of youth schools like Brazil and Hungary?
Ortwin: Of course it is very important for us. We have already won 3 silver medals, but we have never been the champions. We worked hard to achieve this - not only members of our U21 NT staff, but also Czech managers who were willing to buy our young talents regardless of their price and give them the best training possible.
Belgium has won two U21 WCs in a row and they have even less youth schools than the Czech republic, Hungary or Brazil. So our victory can only remind the community that Poland, Romania and Italy are not the only countries that can win this tournament even though it is not easy for smaller countries to play as equals with the superpowers.
2 - This generation that won the U21 World Cup, it was developed for how long? How is the Czech community's priority for young players that born in their country?
Ortwin: Difficult question, because we have been following some of our key players since they were pulled from the youth school and we received the skills of one important player a few weeks before the WC started. But one thing is for sure. Our aim is to keep our key players in Czech teams and enjoy this game together. ;)
3 - In a few weeks the V4 Cup will be start, which is a competition that brings together 4 national teams (Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and Czech Republic) and make 3 matches with U20 generation and 3 matches with U19 generation, the first edition was 2 seasons ago and Poland became champion, you created this competition, where did the idea come from? The V4 Cup would be to show a different way to train the next generations? Since it is a competition despite being focused on the extra training of future generations?
Ortwin: I was inspired by DACH-Cup, tournament played by three German-speaking countries and one guest country. We could have arranged U19 and U20 friendlies, but in this tournament we can enjoy matches with our neighbours, Poland and Slovakia. It is much more likely that our managers will watch a match with our traditional rivals than some random friendly match.

Now taking the numbers and seeing how it was possible, what can Brazil or other countries (Anmerkung d.Red.: or Germany) take advantage of? If the Czech Republic that owns the community in numbers similar to ours managed ... why Brazil or a Hungary can not do the same? The Czech Republic has taught us that it is possible to be competitive even with a limited number, everything is possible if it is worked. This is the lesson we draw from this story.
Schönes Interview! Die selben Ansichten gab und gibt es ja immer noch. Oft werden aber die deutschen Spieler nicht im Lande gehalten und verschwinden. Das war früher aber auch einfacher, da mehr Manager vorhanden waren.
Dass der DACH-Cup in der Form, wie ich ihn mit Ostulc gespielt hatte, so eine Fortsetzung findet, finde ich bemerkenswert. Da sieht man mal, welche Auswirkungen so etwas haben kann. :)

- konnte die zweite Taktik mithalten
- glaube ich immer noch, dass aus disser Generation eine sehr starke U21 gestaltet wird
- habe ich noch eine Lektion in Taktik vom tschechischen Coach und Weltmeister Ostulc bekommen.

Ich fand es nicht so bitter, eher ernüchternd und sehr interessant. Gern zwischendurch irgendwann mal wieder ein U19 Spiel.
Man konnte gut sehen, dass unsere Abwehr bis jetzt hauptsächlich VT trainiert hat. Dieser eine Stürmer war erheblich schneller (auch mit Ball) als unsere Verteidiger und immer wenn er durch war gabs ne Eins-zu-eins-Situation gegen unseren TW.

Ja, zwei Sachen.
Fiesl meinte "Man konnte gut sehen, dass unsere Abwehr bis jetzt hauptsächlich VT trainiert hat." Dieselben Verteidiger haben in der zweiten Hälfte gut gehalten. Ich meine es lag nicht so sehr an den Verteidigern, wie an der Taktik, die ich zur ersten Hälfte gewählt hatte.
Das andere was ich sagen möchte hat mit den Spielerskills zu tun. Vor zwei Saisons lag der Wert unserer U19 (und U20 und U21) um ca. 30% hinter dem Wert der polnischen oder tschchischen U19 (bzw. U20, U21). Diese Generation hat den Wert, trotz Managerschwund, auf die 10% verringert. Das ist ein sehr gutes Zeichen.
Unsere Verteidiger waren aber langsam!
Unsere U19-Verteidiger sind langsam, aber viel besser als vor 2 Saisons. Ausserdem sind sie noch 19. Soweit ich weiß, haben viele unserer Spieler einen sehr hohen Skilllevel in ihrer Hauptfähigkeit schon erreicht und jetzt trainieren sie für längere Zeit Schnelligkeit.
Wäre es nicht besser erst Schnelligkeit und dann Hauptsill zu trainieren?
Hauptsache vom Anfang an 100 TM pro Woche. Wenn man das so macht, dann ist der Unterschied zwischen Schnelligkeit erst, oder danach, nicht so groß. Aber nur wenn der Spieler noch sehr jung ist (U20) und jede Woche 100 TM an individuellem Training bekommt.

Ich habe mich auch merkwürdig gefühlt, als ich festgestellt habe, dass die Stürmer, die besser zur Taktik passten, beide von meinem Verein kommen.
Im nachhinein kann ich sagen, dass die Taktik nicht gepasst hat. Ich habe nicht mit einer solchen Abseitsfalle in der Mittelfeldlinie gerechnet. Da würde, der als defensiver Mittelfeldspieler eingesetzte Alberich Lage besser in der Frontlinie passen.
Es gibt auch viele andere gute Stürmer (von mek-js, von frenkibeu von cherup un von Collunder), die aber formbedingt oder wegen niedriger Kondition, heute nicht beteiligt waren.

Schade die Niederlage war bitter... Ich fand auch das die erste Taktik nicht sehr gepasst hat, mir ist dabei aufgefallen das die beiden Verteildiger Nr.2 u. 5 im Spiel nen tick tiefer standen und fast jedes Abseits aufgehoben haben . So kam fast jeder Paß von den Tschechischen Mittelfeldspielern einfach durch und die Zentrale Defensive konnte die Stürmer dann nichtmehr rechtzeitig aufhalten . Das waren eigentlich die fehlerquellen der gesamten ersten hälfte. Im gesamtverlauf war das Deutsche Team zu 72% in ihrer eigenen hälfte Tschechien hat seine Abseitsfalle schon im Mittelfeld gesetzt das erschwerte das ganze ziehmlich. Die 2te hälfte war etwas besser wiederrum gibt es auch da einige fehlerquellen im Spielaufbau die mir noch ein rätsel sind, naja vielleicht sind es auch die Spieler die zu niedrige SA werte vorweisen. Der stärke unterschied war schon zu bemerken vorallem auch geb ich dir recht sind viele unserer Spieler noch zu langsam aber ich bin überzeugt das diese U19 generation viel Potenzial aufweisen kann bei gutem Volltraining. Es ist ja auchned einfach gegen Ostulcs Tschechen momentan da muss halt alles stimmen um gegen diese Nation Erfolg zu haben.

Etwas ähnliches wurde heute auch im griechischen Forum besprochen. Es ging um Stürmererfahrung und Abseitsfalle. Die Beobachtung, die da beschrieben wurde, ist dass Stürmer ab Erfahrungsskil 9 nicht mehr so oft ins Abseits fallen.
(Man schreibt einfach " +1 " im griechischen Forum, wenn man bei einem Forumsbeitrag zustimmt und zugleich ihn als sehr wichtig einstuft.

Es kamen halt viele Pässe aus der tiefe von Tschechien , im stellungsspiel waren unsere Verteildiger nicht gut Organisiert.
Ich denke eine Abseitsfalle auszuhebeln da hätten wir mit einem schnellen und dribbelstarken Flügelmann vorgehen sollen der seitlich in den rücken der abwehr flankt.
Auch gut manchmal seine Angreifer zu kreuzen ich glaub das haben die Tschechen auch getan und unsere Verteildiger dann zu sehr verwirrt . Dieser Wunderstürmer von Tschechien war aber auch schwer zu stoppen der muss ja min. 3x 13 sein oder nahe dran.
