Onderwerp: [U21] Red3x

Hello to all the community of Crna Gora or Montenegro for us Italians, my name is Red3x and I will participate in this new candidacy as the new coach of your U21.
I decided to participate in these elections because I miss having a good experience in U21 but especially because I noticed that there are some very interesting young people to be able to make a nice project of growth that in the next seasons this national team can have a leading role in the next world championships.
Seeing a nation with so few users having 4-5 talented young people and future champions I like it very much, because it means that their coaches care about their young people so that a small nation like Montenegro can play against the big ones in Sokker.
I am a coach that I like to create and use new tactics for the next opponent that I will go to face.
Below I list my experience with the national teams:

- Iceland NT for 2 seasons.
- Vietnam U21 for 3 seasons - Winner of 2 Mini World Cup U20.
- Italy U21 for 1 season - Qualification at the first place in the group.
- Switzerland U21 for 3 seasons - Qualification and achievement of quarter-finals
- Vietnam NT for 6 seasons - Qualification for 3 times at the first place in the group and reaching the eighth finals for 2 times.
- France NT for 2 season - Qualification in first place in the group, reaching the eighth final and in Euro U27 reaching the quarter finals.

I scout in Belgium NT with Coach Curreghem01, in Italy with Coach Fabbrogas and in Israel with Coach Bluray in NT and Behmen in U21.

I hope to have your vote and your confidence to become your new coach and continue the excellent work of Michele79, maybe taking this national team much higher than Michele79 did.

Little by little I'm trying to put in the DB new players, find the friendly games we will play during the season and more.
Yesterday we played the first game of the season and we won 2-1 against Belarus which used many U21, while we played with U20.
For the whole season I will use only U20s, because I want to prepare them for the next World Cup qualifiers.
In 2 weeks we will participate in Mini World Cup U20, I won 2 and I hope to win the 3rd World Cup with this national team.
This national team didn't manage to qualify and we will play a lot of friendly matches, but as you can see, I have a lot of small projects in mind and that
I will put to work to make a great season.

USA U21 2-1 Crna Gora U21

Yesterday we played against the USA in a very unfortunate game on our part.
We were always in control of the ball and we went many times in front of our opponent's goal but they managed to score 2 goals with 5 shots while we scored only 1 goal with 14 shots.
We conceded the second goal on a free kick and our goalkeeper did not block the ball well with an own goal.
It made me angry that our best goalkeeper voluntarily threw the ball into our goal.
We had a lot of actions to score goals, especially in the 77th, where our forward threw the ball at the goalkeeper 3 times.
We were unlucky.

Next week will start the Mini World CUP, in which we will use only U20 players and they will all be knockout games.
Our first, next opponent will be Peru.

Excuse me for not writing these days, but I had a broken computer for 2 weeks, now it has been fixed.
Let's talk about the games.
We played the first two games of the mini world cup, the first one against Peru and the second one against hong kong.
The match against Peru was difficult but we won deservedly for the opportunities we created.
Yesterday's match against Hong Kong was very easy, in the first 20 minutes of the match we had difficulty to get close to the opponent's goal but then we managed to score 6 goals in the first half.
With yesterday's victory we reached the quarter finals of the Mini World Cup U20.

Guys, I think I won't be applying again for next season.
I'm sorry for how this season went, but due to time constraints I can't keep up with Sokker.
I'm sorry because I wanted to do great things, so I hope I did something worthwhile this season and I hope you find a coach who is up to the task next season and will definitely be better than me.
