Good morning!

I have put forward my candidacy for the Montenegro national team manager. Some time ago, we already worked together for 7 seasons. We managed to claim the first two historic promotions to the World Cup and a beautiful rally from 70th place in the NT ranking to the top32 of this ranking.

Who am I?
My name is Maciej. I am 30 years old. I work as an IT analyst. I am interested in football, new technologies and travelling. The club I support is Lech Poznań.

What club successes have I achieved in Sokker?
I have been playing since 2008 and for a long time I was mainly involved in coaching young players. First only midfielders, then midfielders and defenders, and now also forwards. I played a few seasons in the second division, and in the last six seasons I have been playing in the highest Polish league. My club is in the top ten ranking in the history of the premier league.

The trophies I have won:
- Polish Championship (x1)
- Polish Vice-Championship (x1)
- Polish Cup (x1)
- Polish Cup silver medal (x1)
- Polish Cup bronze medal (x2)

What experiences and successes have I had with the national team?
I was national team coach for 25 seasons.
- Poland (8 seasons) - 3 World Championship medals: 2 silver, 1 bronze
- Argentina (2 seasons) - promotion to the World Championship with a series of 10 wins, winning the World Championship group with a set of points, 1/8th of the World Championship final; promotion to the top 10 of the national team ranking.
- Azerbaijan (2 seasons) - promotion to the World Championship, 3rd place in the World Championship group.
- Montenegro (7 seasons) - two historic first World Cup promotions, both in the World Cup group stage.
- Ireland (3 seasons) - 1/4th place in the Mini World Cup
- Denmark (1 season) - 2nd place in the Mini World Cup
- Japan (1 season)

Why me?
I have a lot of experience with national teams and playing at a high level. I know how to select players for tactics and how to play against different opponents.

The group is difficult. Strong Bulgaria, not bad playing Russia who have a great coach. But the goal is clear, to advance to the World Cup!

Congratulations. The road to the World Cup is in sight.

The beginning was tough. In round 2 and round 3 the game engine played hard against us and unfortunately there were huge losses. So far we managed to make up for it. We jumped up to 2nd place.

Unfortunately, Ecuador has a much easier schedule. I will be doing my best to make sure that we are the ones to advance to the World Cup, though. :)

We are going to the World Cup, this is great news!

Unfortunately, today we rather unluckily lost to Bulgaria. The match was good. We had the biggest problems in defense, it's a shame, because the defenders were in form.

Nevertheless, the spectacle was good with our advantage of offensive actions. In my opinion, a draw in this match would have been much fairer!

So, at the end of the day, I'll drink a glass of wine from a vineyard in Podgorica :)
