Where do you see youth players talent mark?

you can only see their talent if their owner makes a public note.

I meant talent of my own youth players.

there's not.
if you are a PLUS supporter you can check with the Junior school pops graphics, but if you are not a supporter yo have to do it manually or use one of the external software around. In this last case the talent might be not accurate as you have to download the data every week at least once.

Ok, so in the Plus I just look how many pops they had and that's the talent grade? How do then some people say that talent is for ex. 3.5? There can't be half a pop.

for a 3.5 talent the player will pop in 3 weeks one time and 4 weeks the next time and it will switch off like that.

So the talent is not how many pops there were, but the time period it takes for one pop to occur?

exactly, when you see (3.5 talent) that means over time the pops were 3.5 between each one. you will see a graph like: /---/---/ that implies 4 week talent. /--/ means 3 week talent

yep so a junior who was in your YS pops 7 times in 28 weeks his talent is 4.0

If only talking youths, then you can factor in Youth coach level as well.
